Soft Flow. For embodiment & authentic expression.
A very gentle & slow flow that concludes with restoration/yin.
Ideal during the inner spring (after menstruation) and summer (ovulation) phases.

This is a time of heightened sensitivity and often comes with an extra need for rest.
So, it's the perfect moment for an extra-long, nourishing yin yoga session.
We create physical and mental space to contemplate our cyclical nature.
